The sum of your rent will be due upon arrival with a guaranteed deposit (5000 Baht for 1 month or 2000 per week). Upon your departure, you will be reimbursed this amount minus your housekeeping bills as well as water and electricity usage. For a reservation, please, e-mail or fax:

* your complete address

* The exact dates of your stay

* Your flight details ( airline, flight #, date and time of arrival and city of departure)
* The copy of the indentity page of your passport.

Upon receipt of this information, you will receive a confirmation with details.

You can be assured that we will do our utmost to make your stay unforgettable and make you want to return again and again. We are French (and English speaking) and we are able to help and advise you during your stay.

Airport pick-up: Upon request, we can send a professional chauffeur who will bring you directly to your apartment. Cost: 1800 Bahts. Over 3 persons with luggage, we are able to arrange for a minibus. In such a case, the cost is 2100 Bahts. Prices are “all inclusive” (taxes and highway tolls). These vehicles are late models equipped with air conditioning.

Vous paierez le montant de votre loyer seulement à votre arrivée augmenté d'un dépôt de garantie (5000 Baht pour 1 mois ou 2000 Baht par semaine). Ce dépôt de garantie vous sera remboursé le jour de votre départ, diminué de vos factures d'eau et d'électricité.
